Staff Cadets are a vital component of Fort Custer Combined Training. While Petty Officer Leadership Academy teaches the theory of leadership an advance training as a staff cadet is the hands-on application of those theories and principles. A successfully completed POLA is a requirement.
A staff cadet training can be very challenging and demanding, with long hours. You will be expected to set the example at all times for your subordinates. For this reason, staff cadets must be at least sixteen years of age and at least a PO3. Staffing Navy League Orientation does meet one of the requirements for appointment to Chief Petty Officer. |
Include a brief bio of your qualifications. Pick your first and second choice to staff training. List two things you expect to learn from this opportunity.
