In-Take Friday 20 JUNE 2025 will be in BLD-2550.
Follow the Sea Cadet Road signs.
 In-Take will be 0900-1200.

  • Parents
  • The training begins the moment your Cadet walks through the check in building, once we separate them from you and once, they complete the checking process you will be able to say goodby. You will not see them or speak with them again until after graduation.
  • Cadets
Your training begins the moment you walk through the check in building. Bring a positive attitude and a willingness              to follow and learn. Arrive in USNSCC PT attire wearing your shower shoes (this will speed up the foot check                            process).  Leave your cell phone at home or in the car.
In your possession you will have:
  • Required Documents
    ● Training Orders: Print and sign the training orders and medical forms from the Parent Portal.
    ● Training-Specific Documents: Access these by going to Find Trainings in the Parent
Portal, selecting the training, and reviewing the Event Details. Review the Event
Website and/or Training Attachments and any specific communication from that
    training.
    Preparing the Documents
    ● Place the signed documents in a 9x12 clasp envelope. Do not
seal the envelope, as training staff will add additional
documents, awards, or items after training.
    ● If a cadet loses their actual award after their training, the cost
of replacing it will be on the cadet.
    ● Write the cadet’s full name (last name, first name) and unit
name in black marker on the top left corner of the envelope.
For parents who cannot physically print documents, the unit can still print them if needed
    at the parent's/cadet’s request.
If your cadet needs medical attention the hard copies with wet signature's is required by the hospital or urgent care for treatment.

  • Complete sea bag per the attached sea bag list.
  • Proper haircut (Males).
  • Medication (if required).  Bring them in the original container(s) in a zip lock bag. Include a list of the meds in the bag.
