Greetings!
I'm LCDR Lisa Stoyanovich, NSCC.  As Commanding Officer of Fort Custer Combined Training, I'm pleased to welcome you all to Team Family!  Please take time to read and comply with the information in this website.  I recognize that by definition all of you are brand new to this program; everyone is new at something in the beginning.   If you have questions about the information on this website, start by asking your unit's chain of command for clarification.  This website is the authoritative source of information.
We are committed to the safety, success, and growth of all hands, from the most junior Cadet Recruit, to our Staff Cadets, and including our junior officers and department heads.  To instill the highest standards of Honor, Courage, and Commitment, here are the CO's Top 6 guiding principles.  An easy way to memorize it is to remember the phrase "Successful Recruits Follow Really High Standards."

  1. No Sexual harassment!
  2. No Racial discrimination!
  3. No Fratenization!
  4. No Recruit-to-recruit contact!
  5. No Hazing!
  6. No Subtance abuse!

  6. Standards

I look forward to serving with each of you very soon.
