This is not a POLA. This is a League Cadet-specific training designed to build a strong foundation for League Cadets, enhancing their effectiveness in their roles and ranks within the NLCC and their respective home units. The training is grounded in real-world scenarios and focuses on the application of essential principles such as critical thinking, tact, judgment, knowledge, bearing, unselfishness, and initiative. It prepares League Cadets in an age-appropriate manner, emphasizing teamwork, basic leadership skills, personal responsibility, and accountability. Additionally, cadets will have the opportunity to participate in a challenge room and engage in various trainings, including MAA, STEM, and Forensics, where they can apply their real-world skills.
