LC-MI-2501, NLCC Advanced Training - Leadership Academy
** THIS TRAINING IS NOT NLO*** Navy League Orientation Advanced is a Leadership Academy (Navy League POLA) training for cadets who have completed NLO already. This training prepares cadets with the fundamentals of leadership at the League Cadet level. The focus is on leadership, teambuilding, and preparing cadets to take on leadership roles within their units, trainings, and even help them prepare to be a leader in the Sea Cadets at the more junior ranks. This training will push cadets to their personal limits and beyond as they explore the Navy League Cadet Corps as a Senior League Cadet. Cadets in this training will also have the opportunity to work side by side with other Sea Cadet and League Cadet trainings, giving them an idea of real-world leadership application and a chance to explore other training opportunities.
